Unable to use internal health checks on Terraform Enterprise

Problem

When attempting to use tfe-admin health-checkor other commands on Redhat, you may get the following error, even though you've verified it exists and is healthy: 

sh: /root/ptfe-health-check: not found

Cause

• The root user does not have /usr/local/bin in the $PATH

Solution:

• Add the path for the root user or use a regular user with docker access to perform the commands.
